Which laptop is faster and has better processor?

Which one is better in terms of speed and usage? I have to choose one laptop from the following two. I need to use Adobe software like Photoshop and casual gaming.

The Core M laptops have very low clock speeds, so they are not going to respond that well to any intensive task. However, neither are really good for Photoshop, especially if you are going to work with RAW.

In all honesty both are pretty pathetic just like what @t3chg33k said, you'll need something which has atleast an i5 dual core or quad core processor, atleast 8GB ram if its windows 10, a graphic card addon would be nice, with an SSD in 2021.
