HMD Global has launched the Nokia C20 Plus, a new variant to the existing C20 phone that went official in April this year. Just like the vanilla Nokia C20, its Plus variant also runs Android 11 (Go Edition).

In terms of appearance, the Nokia C20 Plus shares the same design as the vanilla Nokia C20. It has dual cameras on the back and a teardrop-style notch on the display. It comes in a one-piece polycarbonate shell with a 3D corrugated design, which the company says makes it strong and sturdy.

It carries the same 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display as seen on the vanilla variant. The notch on the display is a house to 5MP sensor. The circular camera module houses two sensors – 8MP and 2MP.

The Nokia C20 Plus doesn’t have a fingerprint scanner, but it supports Face Unlock. It comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack, has a 4,950mAh battery but that draws power through a micro USB port at up to 10W.

Under the hood, the Nokia C20 Plus gets a Unisoc SC98963A processor and 3GB RAM with 32GB onboard storage that can be expanded further using a microSD card slot, allowing storage expansion up to 256GB.

Price and availability

The Nokia C20 Plus comes in two color options – black and blue. It is priced at CNY699 ($110/€90). It will go on sale in China starting June 16.
