Shimla, Jun 11(UNI) Former chief minister Virbhadra Singh on Friday tested positive for Coronavirus at Indira Gandhi Medical College Hospital, where is was admitted for the past one month.
Senior Medical Superintendent of IGMC Dr Janak Raj made the announcement today.
Mr Singh contracted second time for the Coronavirus as he had also tested positive for the disease on April 14.
Mr Singh, who is currently recovering from the virus, had taken Covid Vaccine at Deendayal Upadhyaya Hospital on March 3.
Hospital administration have informed three days ago that a nurse who was looking after Mr Singh tested positive for nCoV after this Mr Singh's was also being traced for infection found positive today.
Mr Singh was hospitalised at Max hospital Mohali after he was found positive for nCoV two months back. After being discharged from Mohali, he came to Shimla but was admitted at IGMC Shimla in May where he is recovering from post Covid treatment.
