Japan's clothing imports fall 13.2% in 2020-21

Japan's imports of clothing and accessories declined by 13.2 per cent year-on-year to 2,710.029 billion yen ($24.72 billion) in Japanese fiscal year 2020 ending March 31, 2021. Of this, 92.86 per cent or 2,516.721 billion yen ($22.96 billion) worth of goods were imported from Asia, according to trade statistics from the ministry of finance.
