Inteno acquires Seliro, merges Tilgin with Genexis

Sweden's Inteno Group has announced the acquisition of Seliro and its subsidiary Tilgin, strengthening its position as a smart home equipment and software provider. Seliro will be merged with IOPSYS Software Solutions, and Tilgin will be integrated into Genexis. After the takeover, the group will employ approximately 200 people, about half of them in R&D, as it focuses on innovation.
