Every year the village will be occupying more than ten thousand athletes and four thousand Paralympians. So banning alcohol would definitely push those athletes' fun quotient to a below-par level. However, we hear from a bankable source the ban on liquor decision in olympics village is yet to be finalized and the decision will be made firm after the organizing committee meets all the athletes.
