Minissha Lamba divorces Ryan Tham, “When a relationship becomes toxic then it is okay to leave”

Minissha Lamba recently sat for an interview where she opened up about her divorce and how women are identified by their marital status

Bachna Ae Haseeno star Minissha Lamba tied knots with Ryan Tham in an intimate ceremony, Cute couple were seen madly in love until the rumours of their divorce started. They legally separated in August 2020. in a recent interview she opened up about their divorce say they were legally separated in august 2020 and it was a friendly and mutual decision.

While talking to Navbharat time she said that earlier divorce was seen as taboo or not acceptable by society and she even talked about  how earlier it was women’s responsibility to make the marriage work but now she knows that if the woman is not happy in a relationship it’s her choice to walkout

“In the West, the concept of self-love is very strong. Self-love does not mean being selfish. Divorce is not easy but when the relationship becomes toxic then it is okay to leave. I would also like to say that your marriage or relationship can be an important part of your life but it cannot be your whole life. Unfortunately, women are identified by their relationship and marital status but now the times are changing,” said Minissha Lamba.
