Film City work likely to start in December

Greater Noida: The final detailed project report (DPR) of Film City has been submitted by consultant CBRE South Asia Private Limited to the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority. The Authority has sent it to the state government for approval and officials said the work is likely to start from December.
“The final DPR has been submitted. We have sent it to the state government for approval. Once a financial statement is issued by the government, we will select a company in the next six months. The tendering process is likely to happen around November and work is likely to start by December,” said Arun Vir Singh, CEO, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA).
The consultant has proposed three models for the project — annual premium to be paid as fixed rent to the authority, a revenue sharing model and a hybrid model, which includes both annual rent and income share component. The consultant has proposed completion of the project by 2029 in three phases.
