Big setback for Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh as Delhi High Court dismisses petition seeking ban on proposed films on late actor's life

Delhi High Court has dismissed a petition filed by late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s father Krishna Kishore Singh, which proposed a stay on movies that were being made about the actor's life. Sushant's father had filed a plea restraining anyone from using his son's name or likeness in movies, but the HC has now refused a stay on the same. Delhi HC has reportedly refused to stay the release of the film 'Nyay: The Justice', purportedly based on the life of Sushant Singh Rajput.
