Facebook ad chief Everson announces departure after 10 years

Carolyn Everson, the head of advertising at Facebook, has announced she is leaving the company to start "a new chapter." The news was disclosed on her Facebook page. Carolyn Everson has been at the company for over ten years, helping Facebook build up its advertising operations: ad revenue accounted for USD 84.2 billion of the company's nearly USD 86 billion of revenue in 2020.
