Married At First Sight star reveals she goes to the gym just 'to chill out and eat' rather than workout as she devours a muffin next to bodybuilders
Married At First Sight's Tamara Joy has been going to the gym in the UK after temporarily moving overseas a this week.
But it's not for the typical reasons, with the Married At First Sight star revealing she only uses her gym subscription to eat her café breakfast.
In a hilarious Instagram Story on Thursday, the 32-year-old showed a brief video of her devouring a muffin and coffee as she sat only feet away from other gym members working out.

Joy captioned the video, 'I might be the only person who comes to the shops to chill out and eat.'
The post comes after Joy stepped out in Manchester looking glamorous on Saturday when she enjoyed a night out after jetting into the UK from Australia this week.
The reality TV star teamed her figure-hugging white jumpsuit with a pair of open toe heels and raised her hand to her face in a bid to protect her expertly-applied make-up from the rain.
Wearing her glossy hair loose and carrying her belongings in a chic black handbag, the TV personality clutched a friend's hand while leaving the city's 20 Stories bar.

Tamara accessorised with a show-stopping pair of gold hoop earrings and wore delicate gold chains around her neck.
The star's impressive collection of arm tattoos were on full display as she went about her evening.
She was also sporting a fresh white pedicure.
It comes after the TV personality left fans confused in May after she promoted a contraceptive app on Instagram.

The brunette bombshell shared a photo of herself holding a thermometer, which at first glance looked similar to an at-home pregnancy test.
One of her followers even commented 'congratulations!!!', after seemingly confusing Tamara's sponsored post for a pregnancy announcement.
But she revealed in the caption it was actually an advert for a birth-control app, which tracks women's hormone levels.

'Let's talk birth control! I personally cannot take the contraception pill as it affects my body and mood wayyy to [sic] much,' she began.
'I believe having a choice on what goes into our body's [sic] is very important! Every woman is different and we all have different needs...
'There are only certain days of the month you are fertile and can get pregnant. The app is powered by an algorithm that is able to identify your daily fertility status based on your basal body temperature!'
She added: 'All I do is take my temperature in the morning and add the data into the app! I am soooo happy I have found this app.'
Tamara also spoke about the app in a series of videos posted to Instagram Stories.
'For me it's actually been amazing, because I cannot take a standard contraceptive pill. It doesn't go well with my body, basically. It's not a vibe and it turns me into a monster,' she laughed.

Tamara rose to fame on the sixth season of Married At First Sight in 2019 and was paired with Dan Webb.
Sadly, their experimental marriage lacked chemistry and Dan had an affair with Jessika Power.
