I want to start training 4x per week. I only have around 45 minutes per session.
What would be the best split for this? I have seen a few, but they all only work each body part once per week. Is that enough? I can't imagine training my chest for example, then not training it again until a week later.
or, each day choose the next 2,3 or 4 groups from this sequence:
- chest and tris
- back, rear delts and bis
- legs (quad dominant)
- shoulders and traps
- posterior chain and abs
