As indian police rushed to get him in Antigua, he left that place and moved to the Dominican Republic. indian police also rushed behind him and tried to bring him back to india and threw him behind the bars. But, the bank fraudster's lawyers told the Dominican government that he was abducted by the indian policemen and was brought to the country through a private boat. 


The indian officials submitted several reports regarding his bank scam and fraud reports and they literally submitted a huge data before the Dominican law. Finally, the Dominican government also declared the businessman as a fraudster and he is prohibited inside the country. Now, he is likely to be shifted and will be taken to india through a Private Jet and after that, he will be hand over to the concerned officials for an inquiry.
