Scientific Meeting Announcement

Thursday, 10th of June, 2021, London -- Brian Chen, PhD, MPH, will present the latest research on the topic Epigenetic Markers for Human Health Assessments at the worlds' largest conference on aging research for drug discovery, Aging Research and Drug Discovery conference (8th ARDD). The presentation will focus on the development and evaluation of biomarkers for the evaluation of human health and aging. Brian Chen, PhD, MPH is the Chief Scientific Officer at FOXO Technologies, USA.

Brian Chen is an epidemiologist studying the use of high throughput technologies to understand and assess human aging. He helped lead some of the earliest studies that linked the rate of "epigenetic aging" to human traits and outcomes like mortality. He currently serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at FOXO Technologies (formerly known as Life Epigenetics), where he combines artificial intelligence and large-scale epigenetic data to assess human health and longevity. He did his postdoctoral research at UCLA, the National Institute on Aging (NIA), and the Framingham Heart Study. He holds a PhD in epidemiology from UCLA and an MPH in Epidemiology/Biostatistics from the University of California at Berkeley. He is also a founding faculty member at the UC San Diego Herbert Wertheim School of Public Health and Human Longevity Science.
