A new OnePlus phone with MediaTek Dimensity 1200 has been in rumors for some time now. However, we have hardly learned anything other than the processor name. Now, a new tip has arrived that claims to offer other major details of this phone.

The phone is believed to be the Nord 2 whose name was spotted after OnePlus’ slip-up. The tech blog 91Mobiles together with the known tipster @OnLeaks claim to have information on the key specifications of the Nord 2. According to the report, the Nord 2 will feature a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is going to have an in-display fingerprint sensor. The processor name has been said enough times and that is believed to be Dimensity 1200.

The Nord 2 is said to be coming in two storage variants, one with 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage and another with 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. It is going to feature a triple camera setup, where the primary sensor is 50MP, followed by an 8MP and a 2MP camera. On the front, it is said to be carrying a 32MP camera. The Nord 2 has a 4,500mAh battery, however, the fast-charging capacity is unknown.

As per the duo’s report, the Nord 2 will launch in July. Meanwhile, OnePlus has one more phone to launch in Nord-series and that is Nord CE 5G.
