so, likt the title says. is really 6 meals a day that important to build muscle ?
i eat only 2 high protein meals a day and i dont know if i should try to divide those meals cuz i love the way it is now
but anything for the gainz ..
help ??
Nope - not for many of the reasons that people talk about like "keeping your metabolism going" for example.
The only intraday meal timing issue is protein - as long as you are getting at least 3 - perhaps more like 5 widely spaced protein feedings per day, you are as close to optimal as its worth trying to get.
You could for example have 1 big meal and 2-3 protein shakes at other times and it would be similar to having 3-4 meals.
