Indore: The Indore-Jabalpur train is going to resume operations on Friday, an official Railways communique said here on Wednesday.
Train No. 02292 Jabalpur-Indore Special Express will run from Jabalpur on Thursday, and train No. 02291 Indore-Jabalpur Special Express will run from Indore on Friday. The special trains will operate with fully
reserved and special fare. For detailed information regarding stoppages, operating timings, composition, frequency and days of operation of special trains, passengers can visit www.enquiry.indianrail.gov.in. Only passengers with confirmed tickets will be allowed to travel on these special trains.
Official sources said with reduction in number of corona cases, more trains would be started by the Railways in the weeks to come.
Dewas-Maksi section
Railways is going to reopen the Dewas-Ranyala Jasnia-Maksi section on Thursday. According to official information, the section was closed from May 2 due to the reduction in passengers due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
