Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to Resolution Plan approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench vide its order dated March 19, 2020 under section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 3(3)(a) of SEBI (Delisting of equity shares) Regulations, 2009, as amended from time to time, Jaihind Projects Limited (“the Company”) had applied for delisting of its equity shares.

The Company has confirmed that it has complied with requirements of NCLT order dated December 18, 2020 for delisting and also with the requirements of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time.

Further the above scrip will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f. Thursday, June 16, 2021.
