775 new Covid cases, 602 discharged in Manipur

Imphal, Jun 9 (UNI) Manipur today logged 775 new Covid cases, (419M, 356F).
They were from Imphal East (165), Imphal West (237)
Thoubal (112), Bishnupur (48), Kakching (57), Ukhrul (1),
Churachandpur (109), Chandel (10), Senapati (8), Tamenglong (1),
Tengnoupal (4). Kangpokpi (13), Jiribam (8) and Noney (2).
In the last 24 hours, the State Level Covid 19 Deaths Audit Committee has reported 7 Covid 19 deaths.
The District-wise distributions were Imphal West (3), Imphal East (1), Thoubal (1), Kakching (1) and Churachandpur (1). The facility wise distributions were RIMS (2), JNIMS (3). Babina (1) and DH
Churachandpur (1). The cumulative number of deaths was 915.
Today, 602 persons were discharged, out of which 367 were from home isolation, 15 from RIMS (7) and JNIMS (8) and the rest 220 from other Covid care facilities.
The cumulative number of positive cases was 57.351 (General Population— 53,584 and Central Security Personnel — 3,767). The cumulative number of recovered cases was 47,129 (General Population — 43,368 and Central Security Personnel — 3,761). The number of active cases is 9,307 (General Population —9,306 and Central Security Personnel — 1).
The recovery rate was 82.17 per cent.
The total number of persons vaccinated was 441745.
