Legs are quite skinny but strong

I'm 5'9, 71KG bodyweight, 23 year old male. My legs have always been skinny (21 inch quads) but I can squat twice my bodyweight and perform a set of 25 rep squats at 90kg.
I focus on variations on volume and low rep heavier training and deadlifts, but overall, should I worry about having skinnier legs if the performance is adequate?

If your goal is performance then maybe not - as least in the short term.

If you find that you can't increase strength beyond a certain point, you may have to aim for hypertrophy to enable a greater potential for strength later on - more volume and more calories.
