Qatar regulator orders Ooredoo to fix Netflix billing complaints

Qatar's Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) says it has issued a Decision and Order to Ooredoo Qatar to take corrective action related to Netflix platform subscription service, with the aim of protecting telecom consumer rights. The CRA said it received several complaints from Ooredoo Qatar customers regarding incorrect invoices and unauthorised transactions for Netflix platform subscription service.
