Consumers expect to spend 10 hours more a week online by 2025

Consumers expect to spend another 10 hours per week online by 2025, as more and more activities shift to the internet, a survey by Ericsson has found. In its biggest poll to date, of 2.3 billion consumers across 31 markets, the company found that consumers will not only continue to manage routine activities - such as remote work, e-learning, e-health and grocery shopping - online but will also add an average of 2.5 new services.
