ICC Test Rankings: R Jadeja climbs to No.2 spot among allrounders, R Ashwin stays at No.2 among bowlers- The International Cricket Council on Wednesday released the ICC Test Rankings. India’s R Jadeja climbed to the second spot among all-rounders with 386 ratings. R Ashwin continues to be placed at No.2 spot among bowlers and retained his 4th spot among allrounders. The duo are expected to play a key role in the upcoming ICC WTC Final.

Meanwhile, Tim Southee of New Zealand rose up to 3rd spot in the latest ICC Test Rankings among bowlers with 838 ratings. He picked 7 wickets in the opening Test or Kiwis against England at Lord’s which includes a fifer in the 1st innings.
R Jadeja and R Ashwin are likely to feature in the ICC WTC final and expected to play a crucial for India in the inaugural World Test Championship final. Virat Kohli-led India will face off Kane Williamson’s New Zealand at Ageas Bowl, Southampton starting June 18 as they look to create history.
Among batsman skipper Virat Kohli and Kane Williamson continue to keep their No.4 and No.1 spot in the updated ICC Test Rankings. India opener Rohit Sharma has climbed to the 7th spot while Rishabh Pant takes the 6th spot.
