I been lifting on and off for a few months now but I decided to get serious and be consistent about it 2 months ago. I lift 5 days a week (Push/Pull/Rest/Legs/Push/Pull/Rest). I also do boxing 4 days a week. I noticed good gains up until last week. I hit a sudden wall on the majority of my lifts. For example, 2 weeks ago I benched 170 lbs for 8 reps, then 6 reps, then 4. Last week I got 170 for 8 reps, then 7, then 5. This week I couldn't even get 7 reps on my first set. I have also developed a bunch of random aches. I can feel some tendonitis in my forearms, triceps, and elbows. I also have pain in my rotator cuff, sternum, and both my upper and lower back. A few of these were faintly present 2+ weeks ago but it seems they all ramped up out of nowhere. I'm not sure if it's the boxing, the lifting, or both.
Sleep and diet has been more or less the same. I want to say this might be overtraining but I'm not lifting any crazy weights or anything like that. Does anyone know why this might be happening? What should I do now, deload? Take time off?

OK, so in summary you are very active and train. You are not a fresh beginner. You decide to really ramp up the amount you do. This works well for about 6 or 8 weeks or so, then you start to crash and burn.
Completely normal, so normal in fact a lot of good programs run in cycles and have a week deload *before* this happens to avoid the problem.
You should look at a good intermediate program that has a strategy to handle this situation. Which one you pick is your personal taste and goals. But get on a good intermediate program with a strategy.Faith in Jesus first and faith in squats second.
Then other details will start to slot themselves into place.
