Bhopal, June 7 (UNI) Premier Narendra Modi himself came under withering fire on the novel coronavirus front from none other than Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee President Kamal Nath who on Monday launched a devastating personal attack by accusing the former of being late in fathoming the titanic dimensions of the crisis.
“The consequence was an astronomical death toll. Timely vaccination could have been undertaken but at that juncture you were busy in political rallies. Subsequently, you transferred the inoculation burden on states’ shoulders! The result was a paucity of ampules. In the wake of a judicial reprimand, the Centre has accepted its responsibility. Immunisation ought to be executed on war footing in order to prevent a third wave,” the erstwhile chief minister conveyed via social media.
