I am tracking my progress in this journal. I want to get in shape and be healthy and fit. Its been way too long since I made a serious commitment to the gym. Now, its time to make a difference in my life and for my wellbeing. This is the 1st step towards fixing myself and improving upon my life.
I currently weigh 228lbs. I want to get down to 170lbs. I started my cut a couple days ago and have dropped 2lbs already. Im not giving up or quitting on myself. Im seeing this through!
