    Suicide runs for a stronger lowerback

    Can I get a stronger lower back just by doing suicide runs and other sprinting drills?

    No, actually my view is that jerky movements can often cause problems with muscular function.

    For lower back, I would practice some forward bends or toe touches (curl your spine downwards), perhaps holding a weight at chest height
