Rudrabhishek Enterprises (REPL) has been selected by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) on Tuesday, to provide consultancy services for the preparation of Master Plan 2041 for Greater Noida by GNIDA.
Under the project, REPL as a consultant Will prepares GIS-based Master Plan 2041 for Greater Noida and its expansion areas.
Pradeep Misra, CMD, REPL said, "The technology is playing a defining role in the infrastructure development of the country. We have been working on various projects across India using GIS technology for quite a long time. Our expertise has enabled us in executing these projects with greater efficiency and now that experience will help us in UP too."
As per the regulatory filing, on NSE, the Master Plan 2041 aims to enhance the infrastructure of the city to meet the future requirements of the dwellers as well as to address the gaps in the existing infrastructure.
The plan will be undertaken in eight stages involving reviewing the existing planning framework, assessing the implementation of the existing master plan and consultations with the stakeholders to formulate the strategy.
REPL will develop alternative strategies to achieve the goals and objective for Vision 2041. The notified area is approximately 38,000 hectares.
REPL will also assist the authority in notifying and finalizing the draft perspective plan, the master plan, zonal development plan, zoning regulations and action plans.
On NSE, REPL finished at Rs242 per piece up by 4.33%.
