Smart city applications to drive growth in eSim shipments - study

The number of global eSIM module shipments will increase from 430 million in 2020 to 822 million in 2025, representing growth of 90 percent, according to the latest forecast from Juniper Research. The research identified the public sector as the fastest-growing area, with shipments of eSIM-enabled public sector sensors expected to increase by 500 percent over the next four years on demand for smart city services.
