Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort – an iconic resort nestled on 40 acres of lush, tropical gardens fronting Maui’s Wailea Beach – announce the appointment of seasoned marketing expert Hillary Sandbach to the role of Director of Marketing. Sandbach will lead the team overseeing all marketing initiatives for the resort.
Sandbach brings to her new role more than 10 years of impressive experience in hotel marketing within the luxury Hawaii hospitality sphere. Most recently, she held the title of Director of Marketing with Hyatt, Hawaiian Islands and prior to that, Sandbach had the position of Digital Marketing Manager at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea. In these positions, she played a key role in launching new brands and creating and overseeing successful marketing campaigns and strategies for these hotel properties. In her new position at Grand Wailea, Sandbach will lead the marketing team and will oversee all marketing and communications efforts for the property. She will lead groundbreaking initiatives to optimize revenue opportunities and will continue to develop Grand Wailea’s iconic brand.
