The Magner Career Center welcomes BC Alum Deniese Davis

Deniese is an HBO Producer who worked with Issa Rae on series such as Insecure and A Black Lady Sketch Show!  Join us on Tuesday, June 15^th from 12:30-2pm as we host Brooklyn College Alumna (Class of 2010) and Producer Deniese Davis.  Ms. Davis began her career producing music videos, short films and digital content including Issa Rae's award-winning web series The Mis-Adventures of Awkward Black Girl. She is currently a Co-Executive Producer on the HBO Emmy-nominated comedy series Insecure and a Producer on HBO’s Emmy-nominated A Black Lady Sketch Show. Learn about Ms. Davis’ experiences as a producer and, most recently, becoming the CEO of Reform Media Group, a production company dedicated to increasing underrepresented voices in entertainment/media.
