So I'm doing the firece 5 workout program. I'm currently having issues completing the workouts to full potential. I'm currently on a 275LBS Squat, after squating I don't have the energy to keep going with compounds. For example some days I have to 5x3 Squat then 3x8 RDL. After Squating I'm having issues with energy to do the RDLs. I know alot of people will say to eat more but I don't really want to increase my intake. I'm already at a weight and BF percentage that's not desired. Is there any type of food or supplement that can help ?.
