Eir appoints new members to board of directors

Irish operator Eir has appointed four new members to the board of directors of Eircom Holdings, bringing the total number of directors to 13. Aoife Beirne, CTO and director of plastics company Mergon Group has joined the board, as has Miriam Hughes, the former CEO of communications firm DDFH&B Group, Pierre- Emmanuel Durand, of telco investor NJJ, and Alexandre Wauquiez, a former CEO of SFR Business, and also a member of NJJ.
