didXL, a European wholesale provider of virtual numbers in over 100 countries, has announced the availability of a new local termination outbound calling service in 22 countries.
These countries include Angola, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Slovenia, Sweden, Thailand, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.
Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, didXL is focused on helping to source telephone numbers for IP Communications for their customers.
The company is looking to solve the problem cloud communications providers were facing regarding having access to local termination networks via SIP. The issue with receiving calls on a local number via SIP anywhere globally is that now local operators are beginning to block these types of calls.
With a new extension of its DID services, the company can provide local in-country calling. Company officials also said they plan to increase coverage to 40 more countries by September of this year.
“The rapid growth in demand for Cloud Communications has been facilitated by the ability to use telephone numbers to enable a smooth transition from legacy PSTN systems,” said Nils Oudejans, Chief Executive Officer of didXL.
“We are excited to extend our DID services with outbound calling. This allows our customers to keep pace with evolving industry standards and continue to grow their VoIP businesses internationally.”
