MTS to invest RUB 600 mln in Pskov, expands network in Altay

Russian operator MTS plans to invest RUB 600 million in the Pskov region by the end of 2023 under a cooperation agreement with the government of the Pskov region. The agreement was signed during the St Petersburg Economic Forum. The operator plans to use its NB-IoT network in the region and develop geo-analytics projects on the basis of 'big data' services.
