Jharkhand HC cancels 6th Combined Civil Services Competitive Examination conducted by JPSC
The court of Justice Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi of Jharkhand High Court, while canceling the merit list of 6th JPSC examination, declared the appointment of 326 candidates as illegal.
In Jharkhand, the Sixth Combined Civil Services Competitive Examination conducted by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission, JPSC was cancelled today by Jharkhand High Court on various petitions challenging the final results and merit list of the sixth combined state Civil Services examination.
The court of Justice Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi of Jharkhand High Court, while canceling the merit list of 6th JPSC examination, declared the appointment of 326 candidates as illegal.
The court has ordered to bring out the revised results of the sixth JPSC within a span of 8 weeks. The court has also directed to fix the responsibility of the officers of state public service commission.
