CIK Telecom calls on Canadian regulator to reconsider decision on wholesale access rates for broadband services

Canada's CIK Telecom has asked regulator CRTC to reconsider its decision on wholesale access rates for broadband services, saying the latest decision will make competition exit the market and block smaller ISPs from investing in facilities and networks.
