This summer, drink pink as Cinder Bar introduces Rosé on the Rooftop, a limited-time experience that transforms the iconic Sky Terrace into a serene oasis every Thursday evening during the months of June through August 2021.
Each Thursday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, Hotel guests and locals alike are invited to secure a front row seat for sunset on the 8th floor rooftop patio of Cinder Bar and paint the evening pink. As the sky transforms from warm golden to pink tones above, glasses are filled with the light, bright pink-coloured wine that has undoubtedly become the official drink of summer.
Cinder Bar features a special Rosé on the Rooftop menu that offers frozé, rosé and sparkling rosé by the glass and bottle. Pair the easy-sipping wine with summer fare that includes crispy calamari served with cashew chili relish and fresh mint, charred onion dip prepared with scallion and chive oil and served with house made potato chips and an optional caviar upgrade.
Local DJ Mark Lewis will serve up the perfect soundtrack for summer, making it easy to sit back, relax and enjoy a weekly rosé on rooftop experience every Thursday evening.
