MTS to invest RUB 7 bln in St Petersburg

Russian operator MTS plans to invest RUB 7 billion in the development of the digital infrastructure in the city of St Petersburg by the end of 2023, reports Cnews.ru. The operator signed an agreement on the issue with the St Petersburg city municipality.
