MUMBAI: Dr Jalil Parkar, is a pulmonologist who is into the treatment of actor Dilip Kumar ( 98). Dr Jalil Parkar mentions that the actor is going through this disease named - Bilateral Pleural Effusion is kept on oxygen support and is recovering. The veteran actor Dilip Kumar is placed at Mumbai's PD Hinduja Hospital.

To know something more about the disease which is a buildup of fluid in the pleural space which is an area between the layers of tissues that line the chest and chest wall. Mohammed Yusuf Khan who is professionally known as Dilip Kumar is an Indian actor, Philanthropist. 

Kumar is known for his best work in the Hindi film industry. Actor Dilip is tagged as the first Khan in the industry. Kumar is an inspiration to many, as he is the one who got the method of acting technique to the Indian Film industry. He also holds many records for most wins for the Filmfare Award for Best Actor. Kumar was first spotted in this debut film Jwar Bhata ( 1944), produced by Bombay Talkies. The actor placed in an ICU for gaining oxygen support and now is in better condition. His condition is slowly getting better and the crowd prays for his speedy recovery. Kumar will be home in 2-3 days- says the doctor.
