Listed realty developer has sold over Rs 125 crore worth residential apartments across 10 ongoing projects including two new launches during the second wave of Covid19 in the last two months.
The company has sold over 260 apartments during this period and around 106 houses out of total sales were achieved through digital launches of projects Arihant Advika and Arihant 5 Anaika.
Arihant Advika located at Navi Mumbai’s Vashi locality is catering to the high-income group category and will have an estimated revenue potential of Rs 600 crore.
In the affordable housing category, the company has launched 400 units in Arihant 5 Anaika, at Navi Mumbai’s Taloja area, in the price category of Rs 28 lakh to Rs 45 lakh.
Both the new launches will add nearly 700 units to the company's offerings in the first quarter of financial year 2021-22. On the sales front, the company has kept the momentum high with around 250 units booked in the last two months across all projects, the developer said in a regulatory filing.
As regards to execution, the construction activity at all projects of the company is being carried out in full swing. In Q1-FY22, the company received commencement approval for the Arihant 5 Anaika Project and excavation work has also commenced for this project.
Arihant Superstructures has a predominant focus on the affordable housing segment in the Navi Mumbai, Mumbai Metropolitan region (MMR) and the Jodhpur region. The company has so far delivered over 9,500 homes spread over 7.5 million sq ft across over 59 projects.
