Beeline signs cooperation agreements with regional governments

Russian operator Beeline, controlled by the Veon Group, has signed cooperation agreements with governments of almost ten regions under the framework of the St Petersburg Economy Forum. the list inclused the Irkutsk, Saratov, Sakhalin, Tambov, Kamchatka and Yaroslavl regions, as well as the Republic of Karelia.
