British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Sunday congratulated Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on the birth of their daughter Lilibet Diana, their second child.
"Many congratulations to The Duke & Duchess of Sussex on the birth of their daughter," Johnson wrote on Twitter.
