Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Chandigarh high faculty schooling rankings

The Union Territory of Chandigarh and the states of Punjab, Tamil Nadu and Kerala have come out on high within the newest version of the Performance Grading Index (PGI) launched by the Education Ministry on Sunday.
