Alright so I realize even when I was starting here but still at the gym all the time? I was still needing to finish a cut or two. Yet was ****ing swollen still. Now? Malpractice, effects of ptsd and lack of finance? Have all culminated together to make me 50-60 over weight? What should my starting point be? How once I get my meds do I drop this as soon as possible. Go
