States starts unlocking as second wave of Covid-19 slows down: What is open and what is not

NEW DELHI: As the second wave of coronavirus in the country continued to slow down, several states have eased the lockdown restrictions imposed to check the spread of the pandemic.
The national capital has allowed malls and markets to open on an odd-even basis. In Mumbai, Local trains will run for medical and a few essentials. However, several states in the southern and eastern parts of the country have extended the lockdown as they are still reporting a high number of cases.
