Jeff and Lauren Lowe, best known for appearing in Netflix's hit docuseries, Tiger King, have been arrested in Oklahoma City for a DUI.
According to TMZ, the incident happened in the early hours of Saturday morning. The Oklahoma City Police Department says Lauren was in the driver's seat in a parking lot driving at high speed before abruptly stopping. Lauren leaned out of the driver side window, per the incident report, yelled for help and then switched places with Jeff, who was in the passenger's seat.
Jeff reportedly pulled into another lot, also making an illegal lane change (without signalling), before the two were pulled over by the police.
After a field sobriety test, both were found to be driving under the influence. The publication notes Lauren's speech was also slurred, among other signs.
The couple's arrest comes shortly after the US government seized 68 big cats from their zoo after they failed to provide adequate care for the animals.
