NEW DELHI: Prestige Group has committed approximately Rs 1 crore for vaccinating over 20,000 employees, organised and unorganized workforce and their families by mid-June 2021, the company said in a media release.
The vaccinations were procured through associations with Vikram Hospital, Manipal Hospital and Apollo Hospital. It also associated with CFS, the Chennai based firm, whose parent company owns Pharmacy 1.
“We have successfully vaccinated most employees above the age of 18. We achieved this ambitious target by vaccinating 800 to 1000 employees (on an average) per day for the past two weeks. We are hopeful of completing vaccinations for ~ 95% of Prestige’s workforce by the first week of June,” said Milan Khurana, executive director HR, Admin & IT, Prestige Group.
Prestige Group collaborated with BBMP, to vaccinate about 1,000 construction workers at Prestige Tech Park and other construction sites.
