The first tender in February was called inviting these companies to submit bids, however a second chance has been given now following the Covid-19 situation said an official from the MSRDC. Meanwhile it is also reportedly seeking permissions from the airport authority of India (AAI) to construct 25 storeyed highrise four towers for which the Floor Space Index (FSI) of five will be required. If not allowed the building will be of 19,20,21 and 22 floors only.
