Negative test report mandatory

Imphal, June 04 2021: COVID-19 negative test report has been made mandatory for all pharmacies, workshops and other categories of shops which have been approved for opening during restricted schedules and time periods within Imphal West district.

Shopkeepers and persons manning pharmacies, workshops and other approved categories of shops should get tested and produce negative test report for COVID-19 on or before June 8.Imphal West Deputy Commissioner Th Kirankumar issued an order to this effect today.

It said that the test results are required to be shown when enquired for production by police and district administration failing which the permission for opening such shops and establishments shall be withdrawn.

Testing sites: The locality wise testing sites for aggressive mass testing in Imphal West district for tomorrow have been identified.

Th Kirankumar, Deputy Commissioner of Imphal West in a statement enlisted the identified testing sites as follows-
Awang Leikai Community Hall at Samurou Awang Leikai, Community Hall at Lamdeng Awang Leikai, Community Hall at Heibongpokpi, Community Hall at Kadangband, Nongthombam Leirak Community Hall at Pishum Nongthombam Leirak, Community Hall at Chanam Pukhri Mapal, Chingakham Lampak Community Hall at Thangmeiband Lourungpurel, Lai Ishing Chaibi Community Hall at Nagamapal, Community Hall at Uripok Khumanthem Leikai, Yengkhom Leirak Community Hall at Yengkhom, Loukham Leirak Community Hall at Tera Loukham, Nganuleima Youth Development Community Hall at Khaidem and Phoijing Chingning Community Hall at Nambol Phoijing.
